2. Fees and Payment
We charge a one-time service fee for each assistance service selected. Fees are clearly displayed before payment is made. Optional add-on services, such as Fast Track or additional traveller assistance, are shown at checkout.
All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers such as Stripe or PayPal. We do not store full payment card details.
3. User Responsibilities
By using our service, you agree that:

- You are authorised to request assistance for yourself and for any additional travellers you include

4. Refund Policy
Refunds are available only if work on your request has not yet begun.
Once processing has started — including record searches, reviews, submissions, or manual assistance — refunds are not available, as administrative work and service time have already been performed.
If you believe an error has occurred, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review your case.
5. Data Use and Protection
Your personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR and EU GDPR where applicable.
Your information is used only to:
- Deliver the assistance service you request

6. Limitation of Liability
